Lot 166: Wm. Ellery, Waltham Pocket Watch

Wm. Ellery, Waltham Pocket Watch, The works are marked, "Wm Ellery, Fogg's Patent, 643423, Waltham Mass", the case is numbered 3542, appears to be sterling or coin silver but not marked for either, back is engraved and the face shows a hand painted bird covering where the Waltham name is, bird shows some loss of paint, crystal shows surface wear, comes with the key but has not been tested, 2 1/16" approx. diameter not including top ring, weighs 140 grams total.
