Hermes Navy Blue Enamel and Gold Tone Bangle, Center navy blue enamel section with bands of gold tone metal on the outer edges, three gold horse with carriage decorations are evenly spaced on the blue enamel, inside is marked "Hermes Paris" and "Made in Austria + E", there is a shield makers mark impressed into the metal under the "Hermes Paris" marking, the inside diameter measuring approx. 2 7/16", very nice gently worn condition.
