Important C1950's Elaborate and Dramatic Diamond Drop Earrings, Over 15 carats total of bright white diamonds with cascade in moveable graduated lengths of rounds and marquise diamonds from retro stylized posts with mixed shaped diamonds, in wonderful condition ready to wear. Desirable optional post that can also be lowered for those that do not have pierced ears or do not want to strain a piercing. Includes the following information as provided by the consignor, " Designed with the great American late art deco style. This pair is suited with a retractable post of pierced and unpierced ears and omega backs for fastening clips. They are totally embellished with very fine diamonds of different shape cuts approx. 15.10 carats. E/F/G color, VS2 clarity. The full description is as follows. 26 marquise cut, 4.16Cts, 60 small round brilliant cut, 1.56Cts, 100 large round cut, 6.15Cts, 50 straight and tapered baguettes, 3.24Cts. Weight: 47.9 Grams. Measures:70 mm (2.81 Inches) by 22 mm. The earring's main body is tested for platinum .900/.999 and the omega backs are stamped with the hallmarks .750".
