17thC Two Part Campaign English Four Drawer Chest, Stile and rail construction of oak, the top section has a molded edge two board oak top over a wide side hung drawer simulating two, again a wide drawer with raised molded panels simulating two, the bottom section with two wide drawers simulating two, applied molded base with square legs (stiles continued), 40 1/2" wide x 23 1/2" deep x 36 7/8" tall, older dark surface, the top of the bottom section has front to back nailed support boards with two fingers which fit into the bottom of the top section so it can not slide around, rare form in this period.
