"H.P. Hood & Sons", Wooden Advertising Sign, Black letters on an off white background (some wear and losses), 16' 1 1/2" long x 9 3/4" high, enamel paint over another color (probably 19thC), the Hood paint E20thC, comes from a member of the Hood family as with all of the following Hood signs, supposedly the first Hood sign.
