Antique Diamond Openwork Navette Ring, With eight rose cut small diamonds and small single cut center diamond, appears to be high karat gold with platinum, inside scratch marked "11499" and diamond shaped makers mark stamped on exterior back shank with what appears to be "GRS" but could be another combination of letters after G, the shank is slightly out of round, 6 3/4 ring size and weighs 2.3 grams.
