Fine Antique Shell Cameo, In unmarked 14k, woman with a head scarf in white on pale pink bezel set with perimeter of delicate tiny seed pearls all intact with milgrain edge and outer pierced border of laurel leaves. The catch mechanism was replaced and unknown metal content, in very good condition, approx. 1 2/8" long x 1" wide, total weight is 5.4 grams.
