William Preston Phelps, Chesham, NH (1848-1923), Oil on canvas painting of a Shepherd, his dog and a flock of sheep grazing with Mount Monadnock in the distance, signed lower right, "W.P. Phelps", 20" x 30", set in a good gold leaf molded frame which appears to be original, good clean overall condition.
