George H. Borst, Philadelphia, PA (1889-1969), Bronze portrait relief titled "Julia", 11 3/4" x 7 1/8" mounted on the original velvet lined wooden frame 21" x 14 1/2", exhibited at the "National Academy of Design" in NY in 1929, exhibition label attached, known for his portrait reliefs of Woodrow Wilson, Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover, signed in the plate "George H Borst 1928", good conditio to the plaque, some losses to the velvet lining.
