French Dress Naval Officer's Tail Coat and Hat Circa 1900, Blue serge material with gold thread decorated collar, cuffs and trim. Gilt buttons with armorial motif. Hat is decorated with black bird feathers and blue, white and red French cockaide. Made by Hebrard et Cie, Paris. Very good condition. Comes with a collection.
