D.B. Neal, 19th/20thC Artist, Mughal Empire style orientalist watercolor and gouache with metallic illumination on paper, "Noah and the Ark" as titled on reverse, signed lower right, "D.B. Neal", Newman Gallery, PA label on reverse with artist name, title, inventory number, etc., paper shows some waviness, matted with gold mat under glass in a vintage green and gold decorated frame, sight measures 13 3/4" x 16 3/4" with an addition 1 1/4" paint speckled beige border, frame size is 30" x 33".
