D.B. Neal, 19th/20thC Artist, Mughal Empire style orientalist watercolor and gouache with metallic illumination on paper, "Jonah and the Whale" as titled on reverse, signed middle right, "D.B. Neal", Newman Gallery, PA label on reverse with artist name, title, inventory number, etc., paper shows some waviness, matted with gold mat under glass in a vintage green and gold decorated frame, sight measures 13 3/4" x 16 3/4" with an addition 1 1/4" painted blue green border, frame size is 30" x 33".
