19thC French Pastel Drawing of a Young Girl, Done in the oval under glass using a gold painted oak frame, 27" x 23" overall, unsigned but with two labels attached to the back side, one "Thomas" boardmakers in Paris and US glass maker with a storage unit label on top of it.
