Pierre-Marie-Joseph Lissac, France (1878-1955) -"Pierlis," Pen and watercolor cartoon sometime between 1909-1913 when he worked for "Le Rire" a weekly paper in Paris, 14" x 11" sight, signed lower right, "Pierlis" with a note framed below, purchased by the consignor in the 1960s with original labels etc. attached to the rear, now matted and framed under glass.
