August Petrytl Signed Coastal Landscape, early 20th Century, Oil on canvas coastal landscape in vivid hues of blue and green, signed lower right "Petrytl". 19 1/2" x 15 1/2" (Framed to 28" x 23") The back is titled indistinctly and signed as well "Petrytl". Framed in heavy and elaborate gold molded frame with several areas of molding loss to the right upper edge. The painting itself is in very good, clean condition. August Petrytl is more well known for his work as an illustrator for the Inland Printer as well as serving as the President of Palette Chisel in 1906.
