Robert Cruickshank, Boston and Montreal, Canada (1748-1809), An 18thC trade silver made Peace Medal, 4 1/16" tall on the oval in a convex form, folded molded edge with a hanging hole at the top and hall marked on the bottom of the decoration, "R.C" engraved with a spread wing eagle holding a branch in on talon and arrows in the other, above the eagle is "Peace" and below is "Friendship" in block letters on the oval, old finish. Provenance: Private Native American collection in New Hampshire, originally purchased at a Smith Estate Auction, NH some thirty years ago.
