Lot 90: Four Small Glass Eye Dolls - UPDATED

Four Small Glass Eye Dolls, A) 6" doll with bisque socket head, inset brown glass eyes, closed mouth, marked" 49-1, five piece composition body, dressed as a Scotts lad with molded heeled shoes. B) 5 1/4" bisque socket head marked: 1909 DEPR 1/0 A, inset blue glass eyes, open mouth on five piece (loosely strung) composition body with two strap yellow heeled shoes dressed as a Scotsman. C) 4 1/2" all bisque with inset cobalt blue glass eyes and closed mouth marked 132 (size) 4. Stiff neck, jointed arms and legs, with white socks, blue lines on socks and two strap brown heeled shoes. Blue dress is tightly sewn onto doll. Doll wears long brunette mohair wig. D) 3 1/2" stiff neck, inset brown glass eye closed mouth pin jointed all bisque girl with yellow stockings and two strap back heeled shoes. Repaired left leg. Slight chipping at pin joint holes, red knit outfit is sewn securely to doll. Sparse wig. All dolls in this lot are German.
