11" 1862 Autoperipetikos Mechanical Key Wind Walking Doll, With inset blue glass eyes, painted molded black hair, 12 long curls, exposed ears and molded head band painted gold. This doll shoulder head (repainted) is on papier mache torso with key wind metal gear mechanism (over wound) and metal boots attached. Key is there, toy is not working. Label reads on bottom: Patented July 15th 1862: also, in Europe, 20 Dec. 1862. She has brown leather arms, stitched fingers, silk and lace covered clothing with flower decoration, and ribbon waistband.
