19thC Oval Portrait of Kate Eliza Clark, American, Oil on canvas painting of Ms. Clark at a younger age with her pet cat, unsigned, 27" x 22" oval, set in the original molded and gilt frame, painting was cleaned with minor restoration in 1994 and the back edges indicate it was probably a rectangular painting that was ovalized in the victorian time period. Provenance: Descended in the Clark/Pollack family until now.
