Early San Francisco Manufacture Scott G Series “PowR-Ply†10’ 4 ounce Four Piece Graphite Rod for #8 Line, Serial number: G 9844. Excellent, lightly fished. Very slightly soiled grip and guide for retaining line at front of grip missing. All guides on rod intact. This rod was made in the mid to late 1970s when Harry Winston was running the company. The G Series of this period are considered to be some of the finest graphite rods made in America and are treasured by fly fisherman today. Comes with San Francisco marked aluminum tube.
