School of Barent (Barend) Gael, Netherlands (1630-1698) A pair of oil on canvas village scenes with horse and riders, children, merchants etc. outside of their homes, each 11" x 14", modern black and gold frames, ined with supposedly the signature and date on the back of each, "Vow Fenit NO 1754" "B.GAAL" on original canvas written on the back of the new stretcher of each painting, 18th/19thC.
