David Mundy, New Jersey, New York, Photographs from the 1940s, Two box portfolios of a combined approx. 36 photographs ranging in subject matter. Included are mostly studio portraits, some nude, several cityscapes, and others. The date range for this body of work is 1940-1950 or so. All the photos appear to be original prints in varying darkroom photographic processes including bromoil. Many works were shown in local establishments and included in camera clubs local to the New York and New Jersey area (see examples of the reverse labels). Prints are approx. 10 1/2" x 13 1/2" mounted on 16" x 20" mat board, all have some degree of deterioration or foxing but many are still in fine condition and could be remounted and framed.
