Frank Henry Shapleigh, NH (1842-1906) Oil on canvas painting of a NH country road with chickens and house, signed "FH Shapleigh 1892" lower right and on reverse "Old Road in Jackson NH by FH Shapleigh", 10" x 16", appears to have an old molded frame overpainted in gold and off white with a label from a San Francisco frame seller which is consistent with where the consignor inherited the painting.
