An Archaic Arawak Figural Amulet, Taino, Dominican Republic. Of stone, intricately carved and incised, with piercings to back and between legs. Classical face protruding from body with defined ribs, back folded arms, and bent lets. Area of loss to one arm at the elbow. Shows signs of great age. Lenght 1 1/2"
