Magic Lantern Slides - Paris, London, Aerial, approx. 86 glass sildes. Lot features images from historic Paris and London landmarks along with various city aerial views (mostly U.S). Black and white with some handcoloring double pane glass slides with paper edging, measure approx. 3 1/4" x 4". In mostly good condition with signs of age and wear, some slides have lost paper edging and are separated or cracked. Many apparently from the studio of Alton Blackington, a Boston newspaper photographer, notable for his coverage of fires, Charles Lindberg, and President Calving Coolidge.
