Unknown Kentucky Rifle 38cal. Percussion. Brass trigger guard is missing rear pin and ss# engraved at rear. Lock shows pitting with a hunting scene from a boat at rear. Octagon 33" barrel with rough homemade sights and missing the front barrel band. Brass patch box and butt is intact that shows its age with nice patina. Full stock has nice grain with moderate handling marks throughout. Barrel appears to have been cleaned at some point and shows a gray patina. Original sights are missing. Ram rod is present. Overall fair+ condition. Would make a great wall hanger.
