Persian Metalic Thread Embroidered Prayer Rug- Important embroidered prayer mat, 44" X 58" long, depicting a vase of flowers with vines and leaves with one end peaked for prayer direction with two hand placement pads all on a brown felt ground, appears to be 17/18thC, some wear and a central area patched with a very similair material.
