Of classical form, with large stylized eyes atop, designs representing totemic animals or plants in black on a white ground to the front, with yellow around the outer perimeter. Boards of this type were used in large scale displays along the upper Sepik. Virtually all extant examples in the field were discarded or destroyed due to religious activity years ago.
