Painted Barber Pole, originally mounted on a wall to protrude out at a 45 degree angle with a metal brace securing it to the wall about 3/4 of the way up the pole, old crackled red, white and blue swirled paint up to the finial which is turned with a gold leaf clad end, finial was broken off at one time and reattached, Comes with a metal bracket for wall mounting. 50" L, 19th C., American.
