This document, signed and enacted within a year of Jays return to New York from Europe, provides for the division of the Peter Jay estate in Bedford/Katonah, NY.
Signed by Jay and two of his brothers, Fred and Peter, who was blind, with an empty space and seal presumable to reflect the absent James Jay.
Overall good condition with some chips; the whole preserved with Japanese tissue.
