Lot of German Third Reich and Czechoslovakian Stamps with Obliterated Images of Adolf Hitler and the Swastika. As the Russian Army advanced towards Berlin the Russians obliterated all images of Hitler with black dots and anti-Nazi slogans to celebrate their victories. Several of these examples are very scarce. Czechlosvakian stamps were usually defaced under Russian authority
