Civil War Leather Shoulder Pouch, a fold over flap leather case, on the flap exterior is an oval brass, "US," pin, the inside has two tin cartridge dividers with a side pouch and another flap with belt for shoulder loops. It comes with a shoulder strap with a brass round republic eagle decorated plaque, part of the strap missing.
