Painted Bow Back Windsor Arm Chair, 7 spindle bowed back with bulbous turned arm supports and splayed "H" stretcher base, chestnut shaped seat, Rhode Island or Eastern, CT circa 1780-1800, old black paint with gold rings on the spindles, 36" tall x 18" seat height. Provenance: A Peterborough, NH collection, Wayne Pratt Connecticut. No visible repairs to bow but left arm has a very professionally repaired handhold.
