Pierre Jules (PJ) Mene, 1810-1879, France, bronze model of a hound with a hare in its mouth, signed "PJ Mene," dark brown patina, on a rectangular base, 7" long x 2 3/5" wide x 5 1/8" tall, small break on top third of the tail and on the ear of hare.
