Vols. 1 and 2 both inscribed by Anthony (on Christmas day, 1898) to Helen Pillsbury Coggswell, daughter of N.H. abolitionist and suffragist Parker Pillsbury. One inscription makes reference to Pillsbury's work with Elizabeth Cady Stanton. Also, laid into one volume, the Feb. 24, 1900, issue of The Woman's Tribune, containing "Celebration of Miss Anthony's Birthday."
