French Brass and Crystal Mantle Clock, consisting of a round cut crystal body housing a brass works supported by bronze-dore columns and flanking lambs resting on a cut crystal block set in a bronze-dore platform with four scrolled paw feet, the upper section is lyre formed with cut crystal columns supporting a central bronze-dore platform with a sun shaped crystal medallion depicting a bust of probably Julius Caesar in profile, 25" tall, French early 19th century, Provenance: A Vermont Estate Collection.
