Native American Shell Necklace, approximately 21" long stranded shell and leather construction, appears to be 19/20th century, there is an old tag attached which indicates it was made by the Sioux Tribe in S. Dakota from Iroquois Wampum with sinew thread, one shell missing. Provenance: Amherst, NH collection. Estimate $500-800
