B - Gold wash interior with 2 different etched island harbor scene depictions, unmarked, 3 1/8" x 2 1/16". C - Beautiful sterling silver, "Siam" Thailand, marked cigarette case, the niello (blackened) silver top surface with engraving of a city in the background and long tail boat with rowers in the foreground, 4 7/8 long x 3 1/8" wide, probably 1940's. D - Asian filigree card case, lacy filigree cover over serpentine shape, leaf and floral design on 1-side, dragon and curlicue on other, 3 1/2" x 2", unmarked, 19th century.
