Pull Toy, Clown With Bells, rectangular platform set on 4 wheels which drive the articulation of the clown figure to move back and forth as the toy is pulled, causing the bells to ring, appears to have at least 2 more small bells originally, the clowns head is porcelain with glass eyes and painted face decoration, losses to paper platform covering, 8" long x 15 1/2" tall.
