Two Native American Style Tomahawks, A) A bronze decorated tomahawk, having a tree branch handle partially wrapped in rawhide and inserted in a larger hole head which is made to fit tightly by inserting old square head nails in the end. It appears to be an old 19thC replacement, the bronze head has a square tapered hammer head at one end and a carved blade at the other, decorated with evenly spaced dots along the edges and marked on either side of the blade with multiple sun style marks, unknown, head 4 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" long, handle old surface and wear. B) Iron Native American throwing hawk, having a shaped wooden handle with brass tack zigzag decoration on either side (four tacks missing) which is inserted into a wrought iron head with cut out heart design and stamped "H & E", a Seneca throwing hawk, 20thC, old surface with wear and blade with surface rust, 15 1/8" long overall, blade 5 3/4" tall x 4 3/8" wide.
