Charles Frodsham, London (1810-1871) Marine Chronometer, Comes with two cases, the outside dovetailed case comes with leather carry straps, the inside case with brass corners on a rosewood case and circular ivory name boss, 7" x 7" x 7 3/8" tall, 4 5/8" diameter dial, silvered dial engraved "Charles Frodsham 84 Strand London NO 2819" and in block engraving on the edge "Exposition Universelle DE 1855, Grand Médaille D'Honneur", up down indicator, seconds dial, brass hour and minute hands, lacquered brass bowl and gimbal, fusee and chain, movement is in working condition but could use cleaning, old surface outside box, no lock key has has winding key.
