11th-12thC Limestone Figure of Huma, As seen two circles around her neck and four shaped lines under her breasts, measures 37 1/2" tall x 18" wide, with beauty marks, with modern metal base measures 43 1/3" tall, her feet, legs and four arms are missing at elbow, top of her turban and ear lobes as well. Having four arms shows the influence of the Hindu Goddess Lakshmi. Provenance: Coastal NH Collection. Similar examples can be seen at the Norton Simon Museum, US, Bangkok House and Museum, Thailand.
