Lot 69: Three Interesting Variation Canes

Three Interesting Variation Canes, A) Ell shaped handle with hallmarked silver cap on end of handle. Bamboo style shaft in exotic wood in two sections screwed together. Slight warp at that juncture. Overall length 35 1/2" with 1/2" silver/steel finial. In good condition with some wear on shaft. B) Bone handled cane, with eyelet and string, end of handle may be missing metal cap. Possible mahogany, exotic wood, ebony and white bone stripped patterned shaft in good condition with some minor cracks. 2" brass finial has indentation with markings indecipherable other than "Metalised Art". C) Crook handled twig cane with silver tip to handle and chased silver ferrule marked "solid silver". Shaft stained mahogany color with 1 1/2 " silver/metal and steel finial. Silver and body of cane show age appropriate wear. Overall length 35 ".
