Inscription reads: "Jonathan Quinby's book, bought May the 23rd 1814". Presumably belonged to Jonathan Quinby (1748-1820) of Amesbury, Mass, member of the First Company of Militia out of Amesbury. B) "The English Version of the Polyglott Bible..." Roby, Kimball, and Merrill; Concord, NH: 1839. Leather bound, gilt spine label. Boards rubbed, good collectible condition. C) "The Holy Bible..." American Bible Society: New York, 1850. Inscribed "Josiah Abbott, Northfield" and "Pasiah Abbott" later in pencil, presumably the Abbott family copy from Northfield, NH. Good condition. D) "The New Testament in the Original Greek...revised by Brooke Foss Westcott and Fenton John Anthony Hort", Macmillan and Co., London; 1916.
