Andrew George Winter, NA, 1893-1958, NY/ME, oil on canvas of fisherman in row houses with an island and a boathouse in the background with gulls all around, signed lower right, "A Winter, NA" back of frame reads, "8729-1 Mass Redflector," framed in white wash molded frame, probably original, 40" x 30", some cracking where the stretcher is pressed into the canvas.
