Auguste Henri Musin, Belgium, (1852-1923), Oil on canvas painting of Dutch fishing vessels anchored in harbor at dawn, signed lower right "Auguste Musin" with inscription by artist on verso, signed "1890 Augusto Musin", 27" x 49", set in a 8 1/2" wide heavily carved and gilded ornate frame, good condition with exception of one puncture in the water (center right) and small gilt losses to frame.
