Pierre-Louis Bouvier, French (1766-1836) Attributed, Pastel on laid paper mounted on canvas, signed "Bouvier" in red on the canvas back, 16" x 12 3/4", gold framed under glass, old typed label on stretcher bottom with information and title "Portrait of a Lady in a Bonnet C1790", appears to have paper tear across her breast.
