Enfield SMLE No. 1 Mk III* Infantry Rifle Serial Number 27466. Built in England in 1942. Caliber: .303. 25†barrel. This was another of the primary rifles used in World War II by Great Britain and her Commonwealth Nations. It is still in use today in some of them. Bright, shiny bore with strong rifling. Graduated long range rear sight. Wood shows wear and handling marks. Military metal finish about 75%. Rifle and bolt serial numbers don't match. Comes with correct sling.
