French Marquetry Inlaid Planter, having a stepped rectangular top with applied brass gallery and ormolu mounts which comes fitted with a lift off flower inlaid top to reveal a tortoise shell style flat surface to display plants, the serpentine shaped case is supported by four shaped legs, 26 1/2" wide x 17" x 32" tall, 19th/20thC, small veneer losses on feet.
