Oval Portrait of a Stately Woman in an Ermine Fur Coat, oil on canvas painting, unsigned, set in an ornate gilded framed, 40" tall overall, appears to be C1900-1910, Provenance: Family History Indicates she was a member of the Vanderbilt-Barton family and the painting was shipped to the USA at the same time as lot #43 and was possibly painted in France at that time, bares the same shipping inspection sticker on the reverse.
